clean, friendly staff and hosts, very convenient location.
The need to purchase parking and armbands. It has always been included in our stay so disappointing to find out it was an additional purchase.

Clean place in quiet location
Property was not beach front as listed nor was the parking free it was twenty five dollars per vehicle. Was also construction going on all around property including access to the beach which was a mess and made it difficult to get to beach. I felt that should have been mentioned not just threw at us when we showed up
