Elegant 1BR in Porta Romana

Muy bien ubicado. Cerca del metro, bus y tranvía. Zona tranquila con un supermercado cercano donde hay de todo. El apartamento está en una bajo a pie de calle.

El ruido que venía de la planta superior del bloque de viviendas y la musica proveniente de un local de masajes asiáticos situado al lado. Hay varios escalones dentro de la vivienda con los que hay que tener cuidado de no caerse. La cama es una litera, hay que subir por unas escaleras. No hay enchufes ni interruptor a la mano cuando estas en la cama.

Nice green neighbourhood, relatively close to supermarket and metro station, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, spacious and nice interior.

There was no feeling of privacy, entrance was directly from the street(sidewalk) to the living room/bedroom. Full entrance wall was with smoked windows with blinds and curtains to allow privacy and only one narrow horizontal opening very high up to let very little daylight, air and a lot of mosquitos and sounds from the street during the night. Toilet and the whole apartment wasn't spotless. There was no air conditioning and the only way to get some more air in very hot days was by opening the entrance door. There was no electricity from one evening to almost lunchtime the next day and we couldn't sleep from heat, lack of oxygen and discomfort. Outside it was fresher but there was no window in the living room to open. Bed was a bank bed right next to the entrance, high up, where it was even hotter.
