..... HOWEVER, it was not possible to use most of the kitchen appliances available in the unit such as the microwave oven, the bread toaster, the juice maker, the steam cooker or the rice cooker. All of them have an UK-standard socket, except the fridge and the kettle! Surprisingly, the only place where you can plug them is located in the master bedroom, under the window. A converter of UK socket into US or local standard or an extended cord could have been permanently provided? Even the TV set in the living room is equipped with a UK-standard socket. Otherwise, we requested from the manager a blanket (not additional one!) but we got no answer. Last but not least, it is said that Netflix or YouTube, among other networks, could be accessed but it was not really the case. Although the unit was quite comfortable, the services are quite poor and need to be reviewed to match those of similar units located in the same building or area.

Fantastic location—just a short walk to SM Mall of Asia and super convenient for travelers like me needing quick access to the airport for early flights. The self check-in was seamless, and the staff were incredibly attentive, making the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this place to other guests!
