Unit was clean and ready upon arrival. Keys were waiting for us. Overall, the space was well laid out, comfortably allowing for 3-4 persons. As with all Shore stays I've had, the common area is the highlight. Stunning, relaxing, and a slice of sanctuary in a crowded city. Pools are worth the extra fee - you just need to pop down to the administration office for pool passses. As for overall location, the easy walk to MoA and the bay area and the newly-opened Parqal are bonuses. Easy transportation to get anywhere in Manila and beyond, really.

Small gripes. The kitchen sink needed repair. The TV could have been set up with Netflix. But overall, a well-maintained and clean little cozy spot in a prime location.

Close to MOA mall, restaurants, Alfamart, and street food. Good aircon, washing machine, large fridge, multiple lifts. Good shower pressure.

There are three chair and one is broken that wobbles, there is not much cutlery, plates, bowls, knives etc for cooking. There is only bedding for the bed and not the sofa bed, mould growing in the bathroom, having to pay for the pool and not allowed to use on public holidays, the doormen stands in the door when you go through so you have to squeeze by. Some of the guards are not pleasant. There are extra rules and potential costs associated if you don't stick to them that aren't specified on Booking.com.
