Location and price are very good. The apartment is good, it has everything a person needs to stay a few days. Shower working great, heating. Fridge cooling great. WiFi working good. TV with Netflix working. Bed was Ok, not hard not soft. And it’s a walk distance from the Mall of Asia. Staff are very fast answering and kind. The staff of the condo is very kind and helpful too.

Near malls, shops, and easy access from South.
Nothing, but can be improved. AC is a bit hot, temp is adjusted to lower however it feels still 23degrees.
Owner may add electric kettle for coffee/tea and weighing scale for balikbayans if considering staying on the premise.

The location of the apartment was amazing. The security and bell boys were really amazing.
Lots of flies and insects. I rented the room for two weeks and the landlord didn’t clean the apartment once. My PH GF said this is normal however I found this strange. Aircon only in bedroom which meant that the lounge area couldn’t be used much because the unit is super hot. Lastly the extractor fan is extremely loud so cooking was a big pain
