Was very well set up and in a convenient location.
The light fixtures were a little bit dirty but other than that the place was spotless.

Central heating and split system as well as heated floor in bathroom. Although on a busy road, it was not very noisy and close to a club and the Oxford pub which was amazing. Sensational food and vibe.
There was a door adjoining the property next door so we could hear them in their unit but fortunately they weren’t noisy people.

Kitchen was well stocked with crockery etc.
Initially the wifi connection didn’t allow internet browsing. I restarted the router and all was well. Perhaps check this for future tenants who might not know how to correct this.

Proximity to town and quality facilities
There was No kitchen table. There was a bench but that can be tricky with mobility of family members
