Luxury 2br home with King, 5 star private & close

Great location. The host, Adam, was prompt and helpful with advice and the house was immaculately clean and well presented.

Very minor point. A coffee plunger in the kitchen would have been appreciated.

Modern looking and a close walk to town. Modern appliances and tastefully decorated. The sheets and towels were good quality, and the provisions of essential kitchen, cleaning, and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash was appreciated.

The king-size main bed was very firm and we woke up sore each morning.The light behind the mirror in the main bathroom didn't work and kept flashing the whole time. The ensuite bathroom fan rattled so loud we could only use it for a few minutes at a time. The BBQ was dirty, so we didn't use it. There is no dining table, only an outdoor setting, so we could not sit down and have dinner as a family each night as it was too cold to sit outdoors. We emailed the owner a few of the issues on our first night and didn't even get a response. The bathroom light issue had been mentioned in several other reviews and still hasn't been fixed. We were expecting luxury, but unfortunately the hardness of the bed, no dining table, and the maintenance and cleaning issues did not meet our expectations.
