The house is very warm which was appreciated in April. We expected colder nights in Bathurst. We only used the air conditioner once! House was clean, well set out, huge bathroom, 2 sandwich presses which were appreciated as the grandchildren like toasties. Bedrooms had plenty of room for suitcases to be left open. The location was great. Walking down Keppel street to the art gallery and library plus eateries was delightful. The covered outdoor seating was terrific. Such a bonus! The high fence provided privacy. I was pleased to know there was an airing rack! this B&B is recommended.
