The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, the room is lovely, the location is great. Communication was only online since the reception was closed but they were very receptive and helpful. The pools are great. Wifi is also very good.
I know we were here a bit off season but having no maid to clean our room for a whole 9 days was a bit uncalled for. When I asked about it I was told itll cost extra. The small kitchen is unfortunately not really well stocked up for cooking. I wish it had a bit more to offer... utensils, cooking towel etc. Also our freezer was completely frozen over as we arrived, we could barely open it. Parking costed us extra.
