Les Sables d’Or ne valent pas y rester et surtout pas dans cet appartement

La résidence est calme et jolie. Petite piscine

L’appartement n’a pas été nettoyé. La salle de bain est particulièrement en mauvais état. Le WC bouge et fuit, il faut jeter le papier toilette dans la corbeille à côté. Douche crade. Je préférais me baigner dans la mer puis dans la piscine. L’eau de la piscine est acide…

Тихе місце,недалеко від моря.Ми жили на 3 поверсі,користувалися ліфтом.Прлсторі апартаменти.Зручна зона приготування їжі.Холодильник,мікрохвильова піч,чайник,пральна машина в се ок.Зрлблено все для гарного відпочинку.На Золотих пісках ми вдруге.Є з чим зрівняти.Минулогл разу відпочивали а Аміорв.Хазяйка помешкання Ірина брехуха.Апартаменти менші і дорожчі.Відстанб до моря більша і не зручна.Відпос вали на пляжі Рівьера.Відпочинок цього року кращий.Ввечері ходили в басейн.Їх тут 3,різної глибини.Ліхка дуже зручні.Є 2 балкони,2 сушки.Балкон один з видом на море в басейн,гарний схід сонця.Є 2 кондиціонери..Рекомендую тим,хто хоче домашнього затишку за нормальну ціну.доречі плита електрична на 4.зручно готувати.Є духовка,але ми не користувалися.

Може і є якісь дрібниці,але ми поїхали відпочивати і це не відкидалося на нашому відпочинку.

Super nette und hilfsbereite Menschen überall. Und das am Ende der Saison ist sehr bemerkenswert.

Ist ein super Appartement im 4 Stock ganz oben mit Aufzug und einem riesigen Balkon. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Kinderzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage.

Da wir viel selbst gekocht haben, war Einkaufen eine Herausforderung. Da der Ort voller Hotels ist, gibt es keinen "echten" Supermarkt aber eine fahrt mit dem Taxi zum nächsten Lidl hilft hier.

Очень внимательный хозяин. Все рассказал о местном курорте, как добраться до пляжа, где менять деньги и т. Д. Разрешил раньше заехать в номер, позже выехать( так как людей ещё небыло), пошел нам на встречу. В номере было все что нужно для проживания: вся посуда, моющие, полотенца, чистые белоснежные постели., фен , утюг.... Удачное расположение номера, балкончик находится без вида на море, но зато там тишина, тень практически все время. К морю идти по аллее , где все время тень( это был большой + и спасение от жары . Бассейн работал с 10.00 -19.00. вода чистенькая, шезлонги на территории. Мы очень довольны поездкой и приехали бы сюда ещё раз.

В студии продавленный диван, одному спать нормально, но вдвоем не комфортно, если длительное время.

Well equipped apartment in a peaceful environment within walking distance to the center of golden s.

The way up to the apartment was a little steep for "older" people without car but it were only a few hundred meters and also a good exercise after all the good eating (and drinking) at the center of golden sands. The view from the balcony into nature was peaceful and calm. The apartment and the kitchen area had everything you needed. All together a nice and relatively inexpensive stay. The host Georgi had to handle my forgetfulness and had to take care of some clothes in the apartment. Thank you so much, Georgi for sending me the parcel.

Two things, Georgi, which you could or should optimize in the future. 1. When I asked you if there was more toilet paper in the apartment on Friday and got the answer on Saturday that you were going to bring it on Monday, I was actually speechless. Neither did you ask how "urgent" it was or offer to bring at least one roll, nor did you tell us where we might get some. I was inclined to ask you if we should use the bathroom towels to finish our business... That was not one of your brightest moments in customer service. Fortunately enough Martha had a bit of her "emergency toilet paper roll" left over and also had bought some napkins which we could use. If I see it correctly, you rent out about a dozend apartments. You should be able to deliver at least one toiletpaper roll at any time, even if its at the weekend. 2. For those guests who do not appear with a car, it would be nice if you delivered a few more WRITTEN information about the neighbouring areas (cities, places of interest/sightseeing, places to go shopping (Lidl !, shopping centers) AND HOW TO GET THERE BY BUS (Is the 409 the only bus to use and where and when can it be used?).

Все. Цей Номер небезпечний для життя з дітьми. Усюди страшний бруд. Перший день ми витратили на прибирання. Номер не був прибраний перед нашим заїздом. Дитячі ліжечка брудні, з слідами випорожнень попередніх дітей. За 9 днів нам жодного разу не запропонували змінити постіль. У шафах та тумбочках речі власників квартири. Незахищені дроти. Гігієна на найнижчому рівні. При підключенні пральної машини вас може вбити струмом. Злив пральної машини не під'єднаний нікуди, його потрібно вставляти в душову кабіну. Нас про це не попередили. Вода почала виливатись на підлогу, на якій лежав подовжував підключення пральної машини (єдиний спосіб підключення). Якби ми не зреагували вчасно, був великий ризик враження електричним струмом. Дверна лиштва відвалилась від дотику дитини віком 16 місяців. На щастя дитина відбулась переляком. Ми родиною орендували три номери. Ситуація була трошки кращою в інших номерах, проте не кардинально. Витяжка над плитою не працює. Комплекс знаходиться на вершині, до безкоштовного пляжу пішки більше одного кілометра.

Very nice spacious apartment with a view of the garden and the sea. It is a beautiful and quiet place 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and the center. The host Georgi is always very willing to help with anything, we are very grateful to him for helping and repairing our car. I hope that we will return to this place again and spend another wonderful vacation.

Exceptional

There is a lot of green around the property, fruit trees - figs, wild plums, pomegranate, apple trees - flowers. Plus, a funny gardener. 10 minutes to the beach, and most of it in the shade. I will be back whenever I will return in Bulgaria, Golden Sands.

Awesome location and view from the terrace.

The location, it was quiet and the view from the terrace was absolutely gorgeous (especially during the night). The host was very kind and he really made a difference to have a great holiday. We used all his advices. We did find the restaurants in Balchik but the Kopitoto restaurant (from St Constantin and Elena) really blew us off the food was great and the show they pulled in a thursday night was incredible. Having a secured parking slot mean't a lot as we were able to go to various places. I would like to come again there. I wasn't expecting to find a dish washer, but we find it very usefull as we got used with it.

There were some pot holes on the asphalt which we had to avoid on our way to location and if you have sport car, you should drive carefully, but that is not something the host can help. We see these kind of holes everywhere in Romania.

The bed wasn't comfortable, shortage of toailet paper, water pressure at the sink. Last 2 days swimming pool was closed. swimming pool in the shadow most of the day with cold water. No cleaning services

Lovely place, everything was great, fantastic view. Location is not far from the beach. The owner of the apartment is very nice and helpful, he gave us lots of good indications about the beach, restaurants. I highly recommend this place! I will come back for sure! Thank you ☺️

Exceptional

The apartment is very nice, in particular there is a beautiful view toward the see. Apartment has two balconies, the one toward the see is quite small but there is also a wonderful dinning room with the view of the see. My children enjoyed in particular the possibility to use 2 swimming pools. Close to the apartment, there is also a good restaurant and a small shop.

The only slight disadvantage is that it takes about 15 minutes to reach a nice (free) beach suitable for small children.
