Elevated Sea View at Kabakum Beach Residence - 7th Floor, Private Pool & Parking

The location itself is good. The building is large, parking was always available. We didn't use the underground spot, but it was good to know it's there for us. There is an exit to both the parking area and the main exit. Elevator worked all the time. AC worked, we had all we needed and it was a good experience. Shop near the building was very useful too! Definitely recommended. PS: Olio restaurant is probably the best in the area.

The pool area itself was not that clean. While the water was fine, you can still see piles of sand and whatever in a few spots on the pool floor. The trash area is rather bad, it's right next to the main road, basically nothing separates you from the cars. The rubbish was often full, and you had to leave bags next to it. There was rubbish everywhere around it. Yucky. The path to the beach is not at all safe, comfortable, or even that available. The beach road was also not safe and a wholly unpleasant experience to go through. The whole area is basically missing a proper pedestrian infrastructure. Stinky trash left all over the place. Buildings left to rot, construction projects left from several years ago. It's deplorable, sadly. I really hope Primorski District Mayor can do something about it.

The host arranged our transfer from the airport. He handed us the keys in person, even though we arrived at night.

Totul,curățenia, locația, apartamentul mobilat modern și cu tot ce ai nevoie,ne-am simțit ca acasă. Parcare asigurată la subsolul hotelului.

es ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, dafür aber schön ruhig. Die Busse fahren aber alle 15 Minuten Richtung Zentrum
