Hill Station

The space for living is the whole floor of the house. Very spacious, there is a large balcony and a common zone with suspended seats and a dining table. The bed is very comfortable, everything was clean. The house is conveniently located next to the bus stop. The hostess Armine allowed to check in earlier, and was also very friendly, always tried to help and was in touch. This made my stay wonderful!

Here are some peculiarities of the room: only the sleeping room can be closed with a key, the kitchen has a very minimalistic set of dishes and kitchen accessories (although i think it is possible to ask something specific additionaly), sometimes water is turned off in the whole area at night, and sometimes it smells in the bathroom. It may be noisy when a bus passes nearby, but in general it’s a quiet location.

My husband and I recently travelled to Armenia and stayed for just over a week. The country exceeded our expectations and our time at our host Armena’s accommodation made it an even more memorable experience. The property is situated in the hills of Yerevan and is about a 15 minute bus ride / 10 minute taxi ride from the centre of Armenia’s capital city. We stayed in the spacious ground floor which also includes a beautiful balcony with a table for outdoor dining and two seated hammocks, which were nice for relaxing in. The balcony offers lovely views of Yerevan, including the Mother of Armenia statue. Armena, her husband and two children occupy the upstairs floors, however we hardly heard them. We only saw more of them because we enjoyed their company and Armena also brought us fresh apricots from their garden plus she kindly made us delicious apricot jam. I have to say that the apricots in Armenia are the best!
