Very noisy...majority of facilities faulty..phone in the room not working..water leaking everywhere in the toilet.,floodong everywhere

The hotel is old and needs upgrade like the socket or plugs because it was loose, old and it was detaching to the wall which is very dangerous, aircon was loud the good thing was the staff tried to fix it but in the end they change the aircon. The rooms are not clean well and we saw a cockroach in the comfort room. Telephone handset was dirty and the shower head is broken. But the positive side was staff. They are always greeting the guests, very approachable and accomodating. The location of the hotel is very accessible to everything you need.
