    When me and my partner visited Bacolod for the first time, we did not have a plans, or even a rental chosen. There was no time, as I required medical treatment in Bacolod which was unavailable in Duma, at the time. So for me to have discovered this amazing hotel, where I rented the available suite through Agoda at a drastically reduced price, that felt like a gift from God. The suite is amazing. The bathub was the best I have experienced on the entire island, and it's water heater works quite well.

    I was booked for 3 days 2 nights. On 23rd June I got a standard room ..affordable price BUT the standard room is not even up to standard. Room was so dark, some lights not functioning , the table is defective, heater was not working, bathroom is dirty especially at the corner beside the water heater. Due to exhaustion I never bothered to complain....I slept. Woke up at 4:30 next day and was horrified to see a mice running all over the place climbing thr curtain and the chair. Asked front desk to send someone to drive the mice away but they can't. I requested to be transfered since my room paid for the 24th is deluxe... They transfered me to a room beside the AC not even same as the description of my room booked for the 24th so I have to complain and demand for the room that I booked. That's the time they moved me to a room with city view. Room was okay but same as previous day, they don't provide bottled water... u have to ask. How to describe my stay? It's frustrating. The nice thing is... the security personnel are friendly and helpful. I commend Tisha for doing an effort to help me out... I was able to enter my hotel room 2 hours early than check in time.
