Truly stunning location and city views from 23rd floor room facing the city. Very comfortable and quiet. The Booking description is correct. Spacious three bedrooms, lounge, dining and kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows. Well appointed kitchen and laundry. Basic supplies for cooking, washing and cleaning. Modern, but slightly worn interior fit out. No issue - just fact. Excellent communication with the agents via We-chat. Clear communication and fast follow up.

The power points were difficult to use. Very hit and miss, and didn't work in the bedrooms. Using the flat entry door keypad was very difficult - get better instructions as it is black and invisible, and locks out after three attempts. There are no instructions or map to find the flat, so its difficult to locate at first. The address is just a blob on the map, with about nine buildings in the gated community. The A/C controls are a bit confusing because there is separate heating and cooling systems - needs instructions! The location is a bit "out of the center" with 800m walk to nearest metro, but ride apps work fine, and its a short walk to the Bund. Food is limited, but there is a bottle shop in the block, and a good local small goods shop / cafe / restaurant also in the same block, just hard to find. Their real local food and friendly service was superb.

Magnificent view of the bund at night. Fast & direct communication with host. Plenty of good movies to watch.

Encountered drain blockage but host sent in Mr Muscle and offer to revisit to clean up. Even brought new mattress when I said top bunk’s mattress too thin and not quite comfortable.

Location, was great a little bit away from the madness but not far , had problems getting in to start with , we could’nt find where to put the code turns out it had to be put into the handle itself as its an electronic smart keylock. Easy enough if you know how . no code for wifi as this is a basic norm for everyday use . Be useful if they display this for easy access. Great views!!!
