The hotel is non suitable for traveller who don't speak mandarin. Secondly, confusion on the first day of arrival due to wrong hotel name. The hotel name is Magnolia Hotel (Shanghai Lujiazui Binjiang). So, Agoda, please state the correct hotel name. I'm paying an extra taxi fare due to this confusion.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The location is perfect, as it is located within the tourist spot. There are so many shops once you go outside the hotel. You can shop, dine, and enjoy the surroundings with just a few steps away from the hotel. It is also very near the subway, which makes it convenient to go to Tiannanmen and the Temple of Heaven.
