Tilava 41 m2 asunto, missä oli myös parveke ja sauna. 2023 rakennetusa kerrostalossa oli hissi, joten ei tarvinnut kiivetä portaita matkalaukkujen kanssa.
- Induktioliesi ei toiminut. Tilapäislevytasoa en testannut. - Autolämmitustolpan kello väärässä ajassa enkä saanut lämmitystä päälle. Muut tolpat toimivat, mutta tämä ei. Oli pakkasyö, joten olisi ollut käyttöä. Tolpassa ei ohjeita. - Saunan kiukaan aikasäädön merkinnät olivat kuluneet, joten aika piti kääntää summamutikassa. Ekana iltana ei lähtenyt lämpenemään, kun olin kääntänyt liikaa. Tokana iltana lämpeni nopeasti, kun käänsin vain 1/4 kierrosta. - Vuodesohvan etureunan jouset kuoleentuneet tai katki. Oli hankala nukkua, kun meinasi koko ajan valua lattialle.
