Holiday Club Himos Superior Apartments

Siisti ja tilava asunto. Kylpyhuoneessa sauna ja kuivauskaappi plussaa, parvekealue tosi kiva. Makuuhuoneet kivasti erikseen ja rauhaisat. Ilmalämpöpumppu myös tilojen viilentämiseen takasi mukavat yöunet.

Autolle ei ollut latauspaikkaa, majapaikassa se olisi ollut tarpeen yöllä, kun matka autolla jatkui aina seuraavana päivänä. Hiustenpesuun ei löytynyt hoitoainetta.

Hieno huoneisto ja ilmastointi täydellinen.

Asiakkaan turvallisuus festareiden aikaan ei ole hyvällä tasolla ja asiakkaan omaisuus ei ole holidayclubille juuri minkään arvoinen. Sysätään vastuu muille ja ei eivät kanna vastuuta. Muutosta tuskin on seuraavana vuonna luvassa.

This was the 6th time to stay in the Holiday Club Himos Superior Apartments, and as before they are superior in every way, the location for us is superb and they are always spotlessly clean and there is enough cleaning materials to get you through your stay. The beds are comfy as well and with the newly added air conditioning it makes the stay even more enjoyable. We have stayed in Block A,D and E and they are all perfect just like home from home. There is ample parking at each block as there is a space for each apartment numbered as well.

The only downside is if you can't get it booked for next year as they very popular.

It was clean and comfortable, sauna was excellent. The location is good, but although slopes are near, we still used car because all of the equipment.

We had booked two apartments under one booking and also did our reservation many months ahead. However, my family was separated in different houses as far away from each other as possible. We tried to tell reception that we had kids and you are separating a family, but they did nothing. One evening we had no electricity, took all evening to get it back. Then we lost WiFi and we didn't get it back until our trip was over (for 2 days). Customer service does not answer calls, nobody calls you back even though it is asked by machine during the phone call. Finally got contact with customer service through Facebook, but as it is a corporation behind Holiday Villas, they basically said that they are not in Himos and can't help us. All in all our holiday was partly ruined.
