Spent more time dealing with deorgnization than to sleep

No way to get an invoice or to recover a forgotten item. No communication among teams. Had to exchange 80+ messages and travel through the city to recover my charger...no internal coordination. Still waiting for the invoice !

Non trop bruissant et ils ont fait une nuit sur deux , et les code non pas fonctionné de suite

Les jeune étudient à qui j’ai fait la réservation, on dormi de 3;00 à 6:00 du au bruit des personnes qui tir des coups une hôtel à belle de nuit et au fumeur d’herbe à rire ils ont fait qu’un nuit sur deux. Et on attend un geste de l’établissement

J'avait reserve et payé en avance.et devant la porte de l' hôtel j'ai du envoyer photo de mon ID. Et refaire tout la procédure. .galère pour accéder à la chambre. Porte principale bouton 2 dysfonctionne. Porte chambre carte emagnétique ne fonctionnait pas.

Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit mit bedauerlicherweise grauenhaftem Kundenservice.

Das CheckIn und Checkout ist einfach und gut erklärt. Man kann das Hotel gut erreichen - sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuß zB vom Bahnhof aus. Bequeme Betten.

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir leider ein schmutziges Handtuch im Zimmer - trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme und Zusicherung, dass dies mit „hoher Priorität“ gewechselt werden würde, erhielten wir bis zum Abreisetag KEIN frisches/ sauberes Handtuch (wir waren 3(!) Nächte in dem Hotel!) Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war ebenfalls so verdreckt, dass sie durch Verstopfung nicht zu benutzen war. Diese wurde dann durch einen andere ebenfalls defekte Maschine ausgetauscht. Die Kommunikation mit der eindeutig KI - geführten Rezeption war sehr frustran und absolut nicht zielführend.

Die Idee mit dem Selfcheckin… coole Sache…hat auch super geklappt… das Geschäftskonzept könnte gut funktionieren. Die weisse Bettwäsche und das Frotte waren sauber!

Wir kamen am Abend nach einem sehr anstrengenden Tag ins Hotel. Die Eingangstüre war zu Hälfte dauergeöffnet. Das Licht in der Lobby flackerte… alles schien verlassen und ziemlich creepie bzw spooky… die Gänge und Zimmer ringhörig… Gelächter… Geräusche usw Im Zimmer Essensreste am Boden, fremde StringTangas hingen im Bad und mit schwarzen Haaren verstopften Abfluss vom vorherigen Gast…. Igit… Vorhänge verrissen, insgesammt schmuddelig… Ich war mit meiner 11 jährigen Tochter für eine Nacht für 130 Franken! Viel zu teuer für das… Und dann bekam ich noch von Falschparker.ch eine Busse von 60.-…. Obwohl ich die Parkzeit bezahlt habe…

Non c'è personale e l'unico modo di comunicare è una chat su wapp dove risponde quasi sempre un Bot o una AI. In caso qualcosa non funzioni sei abbandonato. I bagni sono sporchi e senza asciugamani. L'unico personale che si è visto è quello delle pulizie che è arrivato alle 16. Le camere vengono consegnate in grave ritardo. Assolutamente inaccettabile

Katastrophal

Katastrophales Self Check In. Wir haben nur den Code für die Haupttüre aber nicht den Code für das Schlüsselfach erhalten. Danach mussten wir uns 70 Min über Whats App mit einer KI unterhalten, die uns sagte, es sei keine Zimmerbuchung von uns registriert. Dies obwohl wir am selben Tag zur Depot Hinterlegung aufgefordert worden waren. Dann hiess es, dass 3 er Zimmer sei vergeben. Danach hiess es, es musste wegen Umbau-Arbeiten kurzfristig geschlossen werden und man wollte uns ein Zweierzimmer als Ersatz anbieten. Erst als mein Mann darlegte, dass er Anwalt ist, ging es vorwärts und wir haben 2 Doppelzimmer als Ersatz erhalten. Danach gab uns die KI 3 mal den falschen Code für die Schlüssel- Fächer. Jedes mal mussten wir 10 Min auf Antwort warten. Im Zimmer waren Nähnadeln im Badezimmer und auf dem Teppich zerstreut. Der Kafferahm war im Gemeinschaftsraum und im Zimmer zersetzt, längst abgelaufen.... das nächste Mal zahlen wir lieber etwas mehr. 🙈

Cozy Rooms ist definitiv kein 08/15-Hotel – und genau das macht den Aufenthalt so besonders! Das Self-Check-in-Konzept funktioniert super einfach und effizient, perfekt für alle, die flexibel und unabhängig reisen möchten. Das Hotel versteht sich als Pop-up-Konzept – und das mit Stil: Der Retro-Look ist charmant, augenzwinkernd und durchdacht umgesetzt. Man fühlt sich fast wie in einem Designfilm aus den 70ern, nur mit WLAN und richtig bequemen Betten 😄 Trotz der reduzierten Services fehlt es an nichts: Die Zimmer sind sauber, durchdacht eingerichtet und alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Ideal für kurze oder mittellange Aufenthalte, bei denen man Wert auf Atmosphäre statt Standards legt. Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die Lust auf etwas anderes haben!

Catastrophique !! À fuir !!

Rien de bien, peut être le parking mais encore une aventure pas possible avec le QR CODE pour sortir du parking qui n’est pas du tout dans l’hôtel mais envoyé après 15min de temps perdu par mail ou se trouve une photo du qr code à moitié flou. Donc très intelligent pour scanner le qr code depuis son téléphone (impossible de le faire si on n’a pas deux appareils). J’interprète cela tout simplement comme de l’escroquerie.

À fuir!!!! Je ne comprend pas comment Booking peut proposer un hôtel en abandon comme ça en location. Le travail de vérification n’est pas fait en amont ? Je ne sais même pas par quoi commencer. Arrivé, le code communiqué pour rentrer était faux. Perdu 15min pour avoir le bon. Ensuite après discussion de nouveau sur whatsapp (tout se fait uniquement par chat sur whastapp) je reçois le code pour récupérer la chambre. Je rentre dans la chambre (503) qui n’était pas du tout fermé, vu que la serrure ne fonctionnait pas. La propreté dans la salle de bain laissait aussi à désirer avec des poils sur tout le lavabo. Donc pas du tout en sécurité dans la chambre qui ne se ferme pas et qui était ouverte depuis je ne sais quand, je reprend mon téléphone pour contacter de nouveau, encore une bonne 20 min de perdu, bien sûr voulant me faire un café dans la chambre, la machine à café ne fonctionne pas du tout, je reçois une nouvelle chambre la 502. Après installation dans la chambre, la machine à café ne fonctionne pas aussi mais encore mieux la chasse d’eau ne fonctionne pas non plus ainsi que le sèche cheveux qui je pense prendrait feu au bout d’une minute. Pour la place de parking, faite très attention, le Qr code ne se trouve pas du tout dans l’hôtel. Il est délibérément caché par l’hôtel et une photo prise a moitié flou sera envoyé par mail pour scanner le code. Donc faite très attention si vous n’avez pas deux appareils. Vous resterez bloqué ou bien payerez le parking pour en sortir. Sinon globalement l’endroit est très glauque, l’annonce est fausse, pas de TV, pas d’espace cuisine partagée. Et pour finir, pour rendre la carte de la chambre, l’appareil de retour de carte ne fonctionnait pas. Encore une bonne 20min de perdu pour retourner la carte. Ne perdez pas votre temps ici!

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Vraiment, c’était une première pour moi ce genre d’hôtel et je ne renouvellerai pas l’expérience . Il faut pas avoir de souci pour que ça se passe bien !! Nous étions 4 dans ce hall d’hôtel à avoir des soucis et personne nous donnait de solutions pour résoudre les problèmes … Pas de numéro de téléphone pour rejoindre un responsable qu’un chat pour écrire à je ne sais pas qui .. peut être une AI ou un robot ?? Bref un court séjour à oublier
