I don't know when this place was renovated but everything looked brand new and good quality decoration, fittings and furnishings. Many of our members in our group commented on how much they loved the decoration of the house. It has an excellent washer and dryer for those needing to do a lot, or even a little, laundry. It's one easy train stop away from Universal City (Universal Studios Japan) and a train stop and a 10-minute ferry ride from Osaka Aquarium. All rooms have proper beds, except the three-bed-futon room. There is a car space at the front of the house. There's three Family Marts within walking distance and a few local restaurants nearby too. We were allowed to dump our luggage in the house from midday, before the 4pm check-in, which was extremely useful. The house was so sparkling clean and brand new and good quality furniture, a gigantic TV, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. A beautiful home.

The house was perfect but some things to note in Japanese homes... there was only one bathroom on the ground floor that everyone must share. It's the typical wet-style, meaning some people preferred changing their clothes in the adjacent laundry room. A lock on this laundry door would have been useful. Top floor had only beds and the two toilets were located on the ground and middle floors. Some people might find the stairs difficult as they are the typical narrow and shallow steps that you find in Japanese homes. We let grandma have the ground floor room. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious but three people in the futon room might find they don't have much space to put out their clothes and luggage. We were very happy with the home!!!

自炊する人にとって、ラップがあれば、さらに利用しやすいです。
