寝具の生乾きの匂いがひどく、身体にしみついて不快だった。 洗濯機を使用したがエラーばかりでる。

デザインがスタイリッシュで良かったです。 備品も揃っていて、とても便利でした。 ベッドはしっかしていました。
掃除が甘いです。ダイニングテーブルや、トイレのドアに拭けば取れる汚れがありました。他にも気になる部分がたくさんありました。特に浴槽やお風呂の壁のゴムパッキンの部分に黒いカビが多数あり、気持ち悪かったです。カビキラーで10分とか放置すれば白くキレイになるのに、その簡単な作業すらしないのは、ホテルとして怠慢だと思いました。
