We stayed here for a business trip in Shanghai. The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around the city. Check‑in process was smooth and hassle‑free, and payment was simple. The apartment is great and I would definitely recommend it.

The property was in a good location and the second one was a better likeness to the photos (see comments in next section). Great air conditioning in every room, plenty of towels, beds quite firm but comfortable. Bathroom facilities good. Living space and kitchen reasonably comfortable (kitchen was large but not well stocked). Good sized fridge. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

We didn't have a great start because one of the bathrooms had a terrible smell coming from the shower drain which also permeated into the main bedroom. The owners were quick to move us to another apartment the next morning and provided superior transport to make this happen. Both properties were in good locations. The first property also did not have a 'luxury' feel that we thought we had paid for, it was very sparse with patched walls, and a clothes rack, vacuum cleaner and broken fan sitting in the corner of the main room. The second apartment was better and more like the photos with fake plants helping to give it a more homely feel. However the couch was missing most of the 'back cushions' so wasn't great to sit on. There were also no teatowels for drying our dishes. Also there was not a lot of glassware (about four tumblers, and the same in wine glasses). The little things that make a difference to feeling comfortable and homely were missing which was a shame because it let down the overall feeling.
