The location is wonderful. There are many local restaurants just a block away from the apartment. The bund is a 30 minute walk. The neighborhood is safe like most of China, but the police station next door make it feel extra secure.
It's a challenge to figure out how to get in. Two different elevators, find a hidden key, go outside, go back inside, take another elevator. Once you do it a couple of times it's not a problem. A bit unusual though.

房子地点佳，离外滩很近。离小南门地铁站不远。房子设备齐全。房东回复及时。很贴心，还准备矿泉水供饮用。我们一家人住的很开心～

1.地點位置非常的方便，轉角五分鐘就有小南門地鐵站，走路也可到外灘

3.有洗衣機可以洗衣服
4.冬天有暖氣
5.客服人員回答問題迅速
6.每個房間都有採光
7.丟垃圾方便，外送也方便
1.沒有照片看起來乾淨，進屋看到地上有灰塵在飄
2.洗衣機裡面蠻髒的，洗衣粉弄得到處都是，我在使用之前還需要清洗洗衣機
3.床單枕套有味道
4.有一個房間的床沒有床墊很硬

Location was alright, a mall opposite the building, convenient for food
The amenities were lacking and not as described. Many things weren’t clear, house was a tad old.
