Arrived on the Friday evening, its easy to find with Google maps and the directions that Colin and Paula send in the messages. If parking isn't available directly outside the property there's loads of space further down the road. Keys were in door when we arrived, property is how it looks on the pictures so don't expect it to be like the tardis and suddenly open up when you walk in. Its sound for 2 people and a large dog, bed is very comfy, all the amenities you need are available. Actual location in Cornwall is great, we drove to St Ives, St Michaels Mt and Cornwall Seal sanctuary from there. Great stay in a cute town. Would recommend !!
Missus says it needs a bigger mirror !! But that really is our only minor issue.

Comfy bed, easy to find- good directions given. Bathroom was fine. Quiet at night.
Wasn’t as clean as I had expected and was a bit dark with a musty smell. Patio area didn’t feel very private but weather wasn’t great so I didn’t use it anyway
