It suited us. We were walking legs of the Coast Path and needed a great, value for money, place in a convenient location. The Boathouse gave us a comfortable base and St Just had everything we needed.
No problems for us. The listing and photos are accurate. What you see is what you get! It may not suit everyone.

Comfy bed, easy to find- good directions given. Bathroom was fine. Quiet at night.
Wasn’t as clean as I had expected and was a bit dark with a musty smell. Patio area didn’t feel very private but weather wasn’t great so I didn’t use it anyway
