Outdoor patio setting, easy walk to town. Very helpful landlord and lady. Having kitchen facilities.

The bathroom needs re-doing. A floor of pebbles set in concrete is uncomfortable and unhygienic. There was nowhere to put one's wash things - the only shelf being at an angle where there was a danger of things sliding off. There was no towel rail - a heated one is essential as they never dried even on a hot day. I am sure most women will want a decent sized mirror somewhere in the property. Not a problem for me but no television.
