Easy to find, cosy stay for exploring Cornwall - Great little find !

Arrived on the Friday evening, its easy to find with Google maps and the directions that Colin and Paula send in the messages. If parking isn't available directly outside the property there's loads of space further down the road. Keys were in door when we arrived, property is how it looks on the pictures so don't expect it to be like the tardis and suddenly open up when you walk in. Its sound for 2 people and a large dog, bed is very comfy, all the amenities you need are available. Actual location in Cornwall is great, we drove to St Ives, St Michaels Mt and Cornwall Seal sanctuary from there. Great stay in a cute town. Would recommend !!

Missus says it needs a bigger mirror !! But that really is our only minor issue.

Lovely Apartment & beautiful weather!

All very local to the town of St Just, lots of lovely walks nearby and Colin, even though we didn’t meet him personally, he was close by for help, left milk in the fridge for our arrival which was a lovely touch.He couldn’t do enough for us and was nice to know he was about if needed.

What the apartment needed really was a small occasional table to sit in front of the two comfy arm chairs, just to safely put your hot drinks on, otherwise, all perfect! Thank you 😊

Ideal for a single cyclist

I was there to commence a cycle ride from Lands End to John O'Groats so was perfect because I was able to have my bicycle with me safely, rather than having to leave it locked up away from where I was.

Affordable and fair value for budget travel-friendly owner and accommodating

The property might not be superb for what some picky travellers but for my behalf and I it's fair accommodation

The property is close to all tourist attractions we wanted plus point we discovered there is a national trust in St. Just Penzance which has never been seen by tourists before its a beautiful scenery

Comfy bed, easy to find- good directions given. Bathroom was fine. Quiet at night.

Wasn’t as clean as I had expected and was a bit dark with a musty smell. Patio area didn’t feel very private but weather wasn’t great so I didn’t use it anyway

für zwei Nächte bezahlt und für eine geblieben

Die Idee mit dem Feriendomizil "Boatshouse" finden wir gut. Alles für die Selbstversorgung war vorhanden.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Bilder zeigen die Räume zwar korrekt, aber vor Ort sieht alles viel ungepflegter aus. Die beschriebene Terrasse und Garten sind eher eine Innenhof mit ein paar Pflanztöpfen und ist zum Verweilen absolut nicht einladend. Auch Innen war es nur oberflächlich versorgt. Das Geschirr war schmutzig/fettig im Schrank, die Ecken und in den Schränken waren nicht sauber. Das Bett war extrem unkomfortabel und hat Rückenschmerzen verursacht. Die zwei kleinen Fenster sorgten nicht für eine gute Belüftung. Es roch sehr muffelig. Sehr schade.
