Good location to shinjuku and shibuya and tadakanobaba train station, was clean and had everything you need.
Small for a four person group, would be perfect for 2 or 3.

Accommodating if traveling in a group of 4 or less. Easy to get to the station. Amenities to cook if you want a night in. Quiet at night, good places to eat nearby. Really easy to check in and out
The bathroom was quite small and there are signs of water damage, the shower will likely make water go everywhere, it also was not particularly clean when we checked in. Front entrance has a sign that says 'no vacation rentals were allowed' so you sometimes get a stink eye from some of the residents but no one bothered us

The accommodation was bigger than most and it was in a good location in regards to the train station.
The bathroom was extremely small and my partner couldn’t stand upright in the shower. There was a leak from the shower and tap but it was fixed by the staff on the second day which we were appreciative of.
