Studio Apt 1 at the New Casa Vittoria by SF Homes

Единственные две вещи которые мне понравились это очень приветливый владелец и очень большая и удобная кровать. Все остальное в жизни выглядело хуже чем на фото, я была разочарована.

Самый большой минус это нет абсолютно никакой шумо изоляции, от слова СОВСЕМ. Мы слышали даже ШЕПОТ людей, которые стояли относительно далеко от двери. Так как мы были на первом этаже, шум от соседей, которые жили выше просто не давал спать, более того за стенкой стояла стиральная машинка и рядом находилась общая кухня, что подразумевает постоянный шум. И днем и ночью. Так же в нашем номере были еще одни «входные» двери, то есть через наш номер можно было спокойно выйти на улицу, но понятное дело что двери были закрыты, и мы так не делали, но это не внушало доверие, так как двери эти можно легко открыть, если захотеть, поэтому нам было страшно оставлять ценные вещи в номере. Плесень и грибок на стенах вызвал у меня отдельный шок, когда заходишь в номер этот запах сразу чувствуешь, ну и его отчетливо видно на стенах. Ремонт сделан на «тяп-ляп», это видно. Ну и чистота оставляла желать лучшего. Номер перед нашим приездом был убран плохо, такое ощущение что помыли на скорую руку только пол и слегка протерли поверхности.

I had a lovely stayed in the Casa Vittoria, clean inside, hosts responded very fast to my messages, location near to the bus station of Cospicua (5 min) which connects u to Valletta etc( suggest use Tallinja app), useful kitchen staff etc

The only small problem was you could hear people when they talk outside but wasn’t a big inconvenience

Very good location, great surroundings in the historical part of Malta. Peaceful, quiet, great for sleeping. The furniture is in excellent condition, everything is new, hygiene is at an excellent level. It lacks a little more space in the kitchen and a table with chairs inside, but there is no space for that, they are outside on the patio, but that did not matter and did not affect us who only used the apartment for sleeping. We would stay here again if we came again. One small suggestion: to leave water in the fridge for the guests who arrive, our flight was late in the evening and when we arrived at the apartment it was late, it would have meant a lot to us if there was a bottle of water. It is also not bad for the guests to leave a power adapter that is suitable for most countries in Europe, very cheap and a small thing if it would make it easier for the guests. All in all, a great location and accommodation in terms of money.
