Self catering. We made our own breakfast.
Its important to let people know that the property is on a busy road at night. Its beside a church and the bells ring a lot. There are trees outside and there are birsa singinf 24/7. Sleep will be interupted..

Excellent location in an authentic, non touristy part of the Three Cities. Close to the ferry to Valetta and there are several bus stops within a couple of minutes walking. The apartment is clean, modern and has a lot of local Maltese charm. The recent renovation was very tastefully done, the interior design is minimalistic, cool but practical with all the necessary appliances present. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Malta.
We happened to visit Malta during an unusually cold and wet period of time, according to the locals it was colder than January. The apartment gets quite chilly during the cold weather, especially the ground floor, as the only source of heat is the wall AC unit in the upstairs bedroom. There is a direct ventilation opening in the wall of the ground floor to the outside, which looks like is there due to the local building code requirement, because all the similar homes seem to have one as well.

I stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a great find in Bormla. The apartment is brand new, beautifully designed, and very tastefully done — stylish but still warm and comfortable. Everything was spotless and I had everything I needed during my stay.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Valletta ferry, which made getting around really easy. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful from start to finish. Easy check-in too. I’d definitely stay here again.
