Clean and comfortable. Big space to move around. Good amenities.
Having to carry my suitcases for 3 floors. Also, the uncovered balcony. Had hung some clothes to dry but they got rained on, I guess my fault for not noticing.

Casa pulita, piccola ma dotata di tutto quello che serve, in una posizione ottima perché in una strada tranquilla, a due angoli da un 7/11 e altri negozi e a 10 min dalla stazione di Ikebukuro. Quando si arriva c’è un self check-in, la comunicazione è stata perfetta e il proprietario risponde ad ogni dubbio e domanda, gentilissimo!

Towel small.. we got problem with hot water.. as host informed us that their using tank.. so at night there’s no hot water🥺.. we go on snoww..! We cant take bath at night but host always reply to us and give us complimentary of changing towel whenever we need..

タオルやリネン類、標準的なアメニティそろっている。 スタッフの方もすぐ対応してくださる。
カーテンが湿気でカビており、衛生面が気になった 予約後はキャンセルできるが返金不可らしいので注意。 BOOKINGでは予約キャンセル時の返金対応は民泊へとのことだったのでスタッフの方へお伺いしたが 「BOOKING.へお問い合わせください」の一言だったのですこし不親切さ冷たさを感じた。 そのまま宿泊したが滞在時は非常に親切でした。
