L'emplacement, car vue sur le lac, proche de commerces et arrêt de bus, et au dernier étage, donc personne au-dessus Le balcon, surtout le matin et le soir
Alors que la chambre/séjour a été rénovée, la salle de bain et la cuisine sont restées dans leur jus. Remplacer le vieux frigo énergivore et la cuisinière à 4 plaques ne serait pas un luxe. L'équipe de nettoyage était négligeante, mais le problème du tuyeux de douche défectueux a été réglé rapidement. Les tapis ont besoin d'un shampoing Il aurait aussi été appréciable si le sol du balcon aurait été lavé
