Spacious new apartment and walking distance to CBD and markets Good location All major amenities like washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and some utensils

Poor maintenance of apartment with smaller but important details ignored Uncomfortable sofa in living room Main window disabled and hence had to live in a closed AC environment when outside weather was perfect to enjoy natural conditions Main window blinds not working and the apartment window faces west and gets bright sunlight during the day Too many notices stuck all around the apartment Hangers in wardrobe was an assortment of different kinds and not suitable Just one set of towels provided for a 4 day stay with specific instructions to not wash towels in the washing machine No shower caddy and shower gel and shampoo placed on the floor

Super Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt, neu, modern eingerichtet, Wasser & Milch im Kühlschrank, Duschgel, Shampoo, Waschmaschine & Waschmittel vorhanden, unkomplizierter check in, alles genau erklärt, Spitzen Facilities (Pool & Fitnessraum) für Sport und Entspannung

Bei starkem Wind schließen die Fenster automatisch (20. Stock!), dann wird die Wohnung sehr warm. Für Kälteliebhaber ist aber eine gute funktionierende Klimaanlage vorhanden

Apartment was modern and in a very good location.

The accommodation is clean, the facilities are new and clean, and the location is very convenient

The building under renovation nearby has noise issues in the morning.
