La comodidad y lo moderno que está por dentro. Además el aire acondicionado es muy importante en ambas habitaciones por el calor que hace en Milán en verano

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around the city. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay – always friendly, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
The only minor issues we noticed were that the sink drainage could be improved, as the water was draining quite slowly, and the table seemed a bit unstable and moved when used, as if it might need some repairs. Other than that, everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay.

Apartment is located in a walk distance (30-40min walk) to city center. Instructions for check in were clear and in advance. Washing machine was really helpful. The host was nice and stayed in touch. Enough towels and good beds.
Previous guest smoked in the apartment. So when we entered, there was strong smell of cigarettes. There was dust on a major surfaces and on the floor. Even dishes were dirty. Kitchen table was about to broke and perhaps someone tried to fix it tucking paper into the cracks. May be this is the fault of cleaning service, but anyways we were not expected it.
