Great villa with beautiful outdoor area and close to beach

Beautiful villa with a great garden and pool. Very spacious and beautiful outdoor area with pool. The pool is quite large and gets cleaned daily. The villa inside is not very big but completely fine for 4-6 adults. We were four adults and it was perfect. As one of the rooms is open I think it is suitable also for a family of 6. (with kids for example) Kitchen has all needed amenities, everything is clean. Bathrooms are on the small side but very practical and also 3 toilets. A small beach is very close by (2-3 min walk) and you can enjoy most beautiful sunset from there. The beach has small stones, so shoes are recommendable. Water was very clean when we were there in September. Great and attentive hosts, gave us lots of amazing recommendations. Really appreciated! Overall warmly recommend the villa, we had a wonderful time.

Perfect vacation in Halkidiki

The house and the pool were great. The beach was directly accessible from the property. It was very nice and private. We appreciated attention to detail and the fact that everything was provided for the stay - the kitchen was perfectly equipped, toiletries and towels were plentiful, beds and bed sheets were comfortable.

This is an exceptional villa. Our stay at the Elia luxury villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate presentation, thoughtful design, and attention to detail throughout the property. The villa offered the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and elegance, with stunning views and top-notch amenities that made every moment feel special. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always available when needed yet discreet. Everything—from the plush bedding to the very nice pool and fully equipped kitchen—exceeded our expectations. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already planning our next visit. Our kids enjoyed to the maximum the beach-2 mins walking distance, and the cozy swimming pool. We will definitively come back and also highly recommend to our friends. It was really exceptional.
