Excellent location, based right next to a fabulous shopping street and only a few moments away from the Spanish steps. The area was very safe and no outside noise. Comfy beds, although the room wasn't huge, there was ample space for 2 people. All communication was made via Whatsapp - No issues with that, We weren't given our room number on arrival but this was rectified in minutes.
We asked if it was possible to leave our cases when we arrived but nobody got back to us regarding this, so we had to keep our suitcases with us until check in at 2pm. We were offered to leave them outside the room on checkout, however I didn't feel this was a very secure option. So I would suggest maybe a security lock to secure your suitcase to the stairway bannister for extra security if you wish to leave your bags.

It was in a good location, right near the spanish steps
It was not as advertised, looked better online also the check in was not ready when we got there. Also we did not realise it was guest house
