Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Einchecken/Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe waren unkompliziert. Top Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, was bei der Hitze in der Toscana sehr nützlich war. Komfortables, für Appartements sehr großes Bett. Sehr großer Supermarkt innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Müllentsorgung ist ein bisschen tricky. Entweder 5 Minuten Samstag/Sonntag an der Sammelstelle oder nach Müllkalender an der Straße ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der öffentliche Bereich in diesem Haus ist nicht besonders ansprechend. Ich ziehe zwar keine Punkte ab, aber die Gestaltung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, der Hausflur müsste mal saniert werden. Einzige Kritik in der Wohnung selbst: Der Duschvorhang sollte man ausgetauscht oder entfernt werden.

Fijn appartement, goede airco. En relatief dicht bij het centrum en strand. Een aanrader .

We booked this location for convenience to the train station. Had a rail pass and used Viareggio as a home base for many day trips to Rapello, Livorno, Cinque Terre, Lucca...which was convenient! Very nice suite - Comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the large city park and explored the beach promenade and shops many times. The beach was a good walk from the apartment down the cute streets. Check in and check out very smooth. Good information from the host.
Had to dispose of garbage quite a way from the property - it was confusing!
