We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had a wonderfully authentic Italian feel. The two terraces were a real highlight, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy our aperitivo each evening. The location was excellent—close to the train station and just a short walk to the waterfront, yet peaceful and quiet. Luisa was a fantastic host, very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. She also provided a lovely welcome pack, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Ich habe mich 3 Wochen wie zuhause gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, sogar Zahnpasta, Wattestäbchen, Waschmittel und Wasserkocher. Ich bin am Sonntag Abend angekommen und es gab ein Willkommenspaket in der Küche. Luisa hat mir alles erklärt, wo ich den Supermarkt finde, wie die Waschmaschine funktioniert etc. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und eine in der Küche. Der kleine Balkon daneben war mein zweites Wohnzimmer. Es war immer jemand erreichbar, aber nicht aufdringlich. Mir haben die Möbel sehr gut gefallen, das Bett war bequem. Die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler sind fast neu. Waschmittel war vorhanden. Ich habe mich sehr gut mit Luisa unterhalten. Da ich in die nahe gelegene Sprachschule gegangen bin, hat mich das sehr gefreut. Die Lage ist top, nah am Bahnhof, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr ruhig (vor allem für Italien).
