Esperienza davvero positiva. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. L’alloggio è in una buona posizione, comoda per raggiungere il mare e il centro di Viareggio. Consigliato a chi cerca tranquillità e praticità.

Appartamento veramente carino, bellissimo terrazzo, posizione strategica, ma il vero plus e’ Luisa, la padrona di casa , sempre disponibile e attenta alle esigenze del cliente.Consigliatissimo!!!

De gastvrijheid van de gastvrouw en haar familie die er allemaal bij betrokken waren. Elke dag kregen we aanbiedingen van goederen die ze in de verkoop hadden. Tasse sjaals, erg leuk. Verder was de locatie hartstikke mooi. Het treinstation was om de hoek en van daaruit kun je mooi de omgeving verkennen als het even geen weer is om aan het strand te liggen. Tenslotte heeft het appartement heel veel buitenruimte, waar je met mooi weer mooi kunt zitten. We hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad.
De ruimte was erg volgepakt. In de keuken van 3 bij 4 stonden een bank, een eettafel met vier stoelen en twee kasten. Hierdoor was er weinig ruimte om even gezellig te gaan zitten als het weer minder goed was. Ook op het balkon stonden een tafel met vier stoelen een hele grote tafel met 6 grote stoelen, 2 ligbedden en een bank. Ook hier was daardoor weinig ruimte om relaxed te zitten. Bovendien waren er alleen twee kussens voor twee stoelen. Verder lag er losse troep van de eigenaren zelf.
