La struttura era pulita e ben tenuta, la cucina ed il bagno in ottimo stato, probabilmente rifatti recentemente
Poche cose, le finestre e le tende andrebbero rifatte con infissi nuovi e tende scorrevoli. Poi il prezzo pagato è un po alto.

Close to woods and coast.Supermarket nearby and quiet area.Well kitted out kitchen and comfortable beds.Host was friendly and helpful. Plenty cupboard space.Good value for money.
Could do with small table to sit out at balcony and another comfortable chair to sit in living room.Maybe some driking glasses also.Couldn,t find instructions for air-conditioning unit.

Proprietario fantastico,accoglienza da 10 e Lode❤️l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e Pulizia TOP.Posizione super comoda per il mare raggiungibile a piedi ,a noi è piaciuto molto anche perché le nostre adolescenti potevano muoversi in autonomia per recarsi in Passeggiata a Viareggio e al mare! Zona servita di tutto,supermercati negozi alimentari bar, l' auto la dimentichi! Torneremo sicuramente e consiglio di provarlo

Good location, just a walk away from the beach. There is a fridge with a freezer, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, and a washing machine. We were able to cook food for the kids and have breakfast at home. Supermarkets nearby. When we arrived very late at night (our flight was delayed), the host left the key in a secure box with a code, so we easily accessed the apartment. There are shutters to block out the sun during the day.
Only one air conditioner in the main bedroom. There was also a fan that we moved around between the other bedroom and the living/kitchen area. The shower was moldy.
