The place was neat, secure, just like a hotel with all the necessities but being able to cook your own meals. It was central located. Paulina patiently waited until my wife and son arrived to welcome them and hand over the keys and took them personally to our apartment. Maddy stayed in touch and even arranged the driver to fetch them from the airport, just a pity that they had a bad experience with Mohammed who rudely asked where my wife got his number and insisting that she should've made a booking. Despite my wife sending him their location, he never arrived and they had to take another transport, charging them R380. Brian, the security was awesome to meet, very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. We had an awesome experience in Cape Town
The shower door couldn't close properly and messed everytime someone showered, but it was completely my fault, for not getting back to Maddy when the maintenance guy could come and sort it out
