The apartment was great and spacious, very nice with lovely views. It was also well furnished, and the staff was super nice and accommodating.
Because it's located by long street the noise was a bit too loud you felt like you were waiting outside the club, meanwhile you laying in bed trying to get some sleep

The apartment is central, spacious and very neat.
Lack of proper communication with Propr. I will use the entry and exit as examples. Entry. When I got there to drop my bags as pre arranged I stood outside the door of the building for about 15 minutes, and I was there late. The poor cleaning lady had NO IDEA that I was coming to drop my luggage. Check in is supposed to be at 15:00, I was there on time, and I still waited another 16 minutes. The WiFi instructions was snot given to me when I got the keys, I was sent the WiFi instructions at 15:42, and the information WiFi name was incorrect-the password was correct…at least.
Exit:I was informed that I must ask security for the relevant key lock box, I was given the code and told to take a picture of the keys in the lock box. No number where I’m supposed to send it to, but I did take the photo and I did scramble the lock box code again. At 10:55, I get a message that -even though it is attempted to be verbalised in eloquent words (I’m a lawyer, I also use that style of writing, but I also read between the lines) it basically says- that the keys can’t be found I must please let them know what I did with the keys. To which I send the photos to the what’s app number that shows the keys in the lock box….Please tell me, how can you not find the keys that has been put into the lockbox given to me by security? Did you actually ask Security for the lock box, or is it standard practice to immediately challenge the people that rented the place? It still took 14 minutes to respond, After I sent another message asking for a response. I got a thank you so much. I am still waiting for the apology, for the reality is thus, Propr challenged my integrity as to the handing over of the keys, no matter how beautifully they want to word it. I also still want to know, where was the keys? Were they in the lock box as I proved it to be? Where was the lock box, for it certainly wasn’t with me? You expect people to wait for you when you are running late, but not the other way around?
