El servicio y su ubicación
Encontré una cucarachita. Se fue la luz y el agua mientras me bañaba, pero me ofrecieron una cubeta para enjuagarme. Las botellas de agua de cortesía son mínimas: dos botellitas que no hacen ni medio litro. Desearía que ofrecieran más opciones de café.

Beautiful, peaceful property right on the lagoon. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent- fruit with granola, scrambled eggs with chorizo, and a ham and cheese bun.
The breakfast was only available from 9am onwards and we are early risers, no fresh coffee (no milk/cream), and seemed like no options for vegetarians.

It is directly at the lagoon indeed.
Very slow and unfriendly welcoming, the reception check in took more than 35 min and we felt like we disturb there. Also the policy and reminder about costs for dirty towels and bed sheets are super unprofessional.
There is no restaurant so for sure you need to take taxi to go to the city center. Breakfast are very little so you need to eat at the hotels nearby
