Location in Lagoon access
The shower one was hot. The other one was cold. One of the rooms we had didn’t have proper lighting in the bathroom and only one small mirror in the bathroom no full length mirrors anywhere. The breakfast buffet food was cold and could’ve been a lot better for what we pay for another couple stayed at a different location and excellent choices for breakfast for a cheaper price for the room also

Absolute beautiful Location
The free breakfast definitely needs. Some improvement rarely ate there.

Enough free kayaks available, nice dock to lounge on, not in the city centre, but very closeby
The towels were just not clean and had stains.
Some rooms stink/are humid, because of chemicals they use.
Random power outages, without notice. Which means no warm shower, no internet and no charging.
Internet was slow and randomly fell away. Your own data also does not have good reception here
