Staffs there were very helpful and friendly. They would try to help you to make sure that you feel like that you are welcome and being at home.
I wish that they had orange juice at the breakfast.

The location was excellent, with a beautiful beachfront setting on the lagoon. The cabins were small but perfectly adequate in size and comfortable for our stay. The only downside was that they were quite dark inside, even with the lights on.
The interiors felt quite dark even during the day, not enough light came in, and the lamps are too low.

The breakfast was delicious and fulfilling also included with your stay. Every employee we interacted with from Vanessa at the front desk to the employees at the onsite restaurant were professional, friendly, welcoming and hard working. The hotel is located within steps from the lake. It was the most peaceful and happy trip I have been on with my family. We can't wait to go back as soon as possible. You will not regret your stay here.
There was NOTHING I didn't like. All the reviews I read were accurate. The reviews played a major part in the decision to book our stay at Hotel Isabella Bacalar Lake Front. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
