Happy Eleven Market Hall by NW

The apartment is really okay, quite decent. The location is great. It’s clean, and the internet is very good!

The sofa isn’t really suitable for sleeping; it’s quite uncomfortable, and after sleeping on it for two nights, my back hurt a lot. The lockbox was very difficult to find because its location was not clearly indicated. We spent around 45 minutes looking for it and couldn’t find it. On top of that, we didn’t have internet access at the time, so we couldn’t access the instructions or check the access code. Fortunately, a man working in the garage helped us find it. Without his help, the check-in would have been extremely difficult.

AC in the room. Quiet location. Working Wi-Fi.

Microwave oven was completely broken. Weird smell in bathroom, which disappeared when we turned on the wall radiator. Creaky bed. They sent us the wrong location for the key-box and didn't apologize for their mistake. It was really hard to find it, since the initial address location was not the correct one.
