Comfortable apartment. It had a washing machine, a big living room with a Smart TV and a kitchen, which made our short stay very pleasant. The hosts were very attentive and responded very quickly. They also let us store our luggage after check out. Quiet area.

The bedroom area was a bit uncomfortable as the stairs were a bit too steep. The blinds were too thin and the light came through very easily in the morning. The water heater was broken and it leaked, soaking the toilet paper they left for us underneath the heater. Also, when taking a shower the water goes everywhere.

Great place to stay! Everything was excellent. The location is convenient, close to the city center, and the price is very reasonable. Excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly supportive and responsive throughout the entire experience — before the trip, during our stay, and even afterward. They replied very quickly, helped with every question we had, and made everything easy and stress-free. You can absolutely trust them. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only things to keep in mind are that if you are planning to stay with several people, the hot water boiler has a limited capacity. After one person takes a shower, you may need to wait around 20 minutes for the water to heat up again. Also, some of the furniture is a bit dated, but everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable.

Odlična lokacija. Dvije metro linije u neposrednoj blizini. Više dućana u krugu apartmana, od kojih jedan radi od 0-24. Neposredna blizina židovske četvrti i ruin barova. TKo voli šetati centar je oko 30-40 minuta laganog hoda. Sam smještaj je čist i uredan, Odlično je što imaju lockere ako dođete ranije ili odlazite kasnije nemate brige oko stvari. Domaćini su pristupačni i brzo odgovaraju.

Excellent location: the red and the green metro lines and the most frequent tram line (4-6) are within a 5-min walk, restaurants, grocery stores nearby Equipment: you basically have everything you need, kitchen utensils, cooking oil, 2 types of salt, tea, refrigerator, microwave oven, even a regular oven, although for some reason sugar was missing and there was only one huge kitchen knife, no normal sized one... Design: can be charming for those who like these types of old high ceiling apartments with older furnitures etc.

Check-in process is more complex than it should be: You get three 4-digit codes. With the first one you have to collect a proxy from a parking lot a couple minutes walk away. With the help of the proxy you get into the building. You then use the same proxy for getting to the staircase / elevator. You then have to use the second code to be able to enter the apartment. Then you use the third code on the box at the door of your studio, retrieve the key from it, which allows you to finally enter it. Heating: at the time of my rental (December) the heating did not work. At night I had no issues as there was a portable panel next to the bed which gave enough warm but it is not able to heat the big studio at all. So when I had to do some remote work and was in the studio during the day, I was cold. I messaged the owner and they replied me that they are aware of it but they were not successful yet to have a technician look at it. I have to add that I have thyroid issues, so someone with normal metabolism may have been ok with the temperature probably. Bathroom: no window which is ok but no bathroom ventilation either Noise: it is generally quiet but if there is someone in the common room, you can hear everything they do, phone conversations etc Design: can be annoying for those who don't really like these type of apartments with high ceiling, old furniture, creaky floorboards etc.
