location is as central as it gets; old (1895 I believe) house with an enclosed courtyard; apartment is decorated with antique items and in general feels very cozy

Perfect location, great price and super, super kind host. They prepared this apartment with care for everyone (there’re even shampoos for every kind of hair which I didn’t expect).
The main door was a little drafty, but there is another pair of doors leading to the bedroom area, so once they were closed, you couldn't feel it.

We really liked location. Metrostation and market is just outside the building and city center is at walking distance. Apartments is well equipped, we absolutely had everything we needed. Host was super helpful.

Location
Usually we want get a feeling that the blanket and the bedsheets are fresh. You can’t achieve this if you’re not using white, clean and ironed sheets. The apartment was cozy and roomy but the furniture in particular the bed sheets and blankets we’re not white to invite you in and make the place cleanly and comfortable and fresh.
