Everything!! I had to stay overnight as I arrived at Terminal 1 coming from Japan. T1 is not walkable to this condo which is right across T3 where I had to fly from to the province. So I booked Grab car at T1 — I would suggest booking the ride when you exit & get to around Chowking or before that. Due to the heavy traffic with other Grab cars around the Arrivals Area, it might take a while (about 15-20 minutes) for your ride to get there if you'll book with Grab. Upon entering the building, I was immediately assisted by the security guard for registration. Rechelle sent me a complete and detailed list of instructions which really eased my anxiety. The room itself felt like I walked into a hotel room! Super modern looking, smells lovely (bathroom as well). TV works and Wi-Fi works perfectly fine. Water, instant coffee, bath towels, and toiletries were provided which I really appreciate. But out of all of this, my favorite part of the unit would be the overall bed and the lighting!!! Super comfy and loved the warm lights. Also has a clean working fridge where I stored my Onigiri, sandwich, and the free bottled water. As for getting to Terminal 3, you might want to check Google Maps in advance as it can look a bit confusing at first. As I was running a bit late (this was at 3AM), a pick-up service came pass by me and offered to drop me off at Runway Manila to get to T3. It wasn't free though — he asked for ₱100 but I have ₱150 as he looked tired. I would highly recommended for travellers that want to rest comfortably while in transit for a red-eye flight and looking for a place to stay for a couple of hours while waiting. Super affordable too!

Large clean apartment very close to the airport

Poorly managed. We had received no information about how to access the apartment and so I had to contact the owner by WhatsApp on the day of arrival. When we arrived, we were checked in on a computer and then had to wait. After 10-15 minutes, someone came down and said we had to wait while she went and prepared our room. At 7pm and after a flight, we didn’t expect to have to wait for the room to be ready! There was no soap or shampoo provided, even though the listing says there will be and only 2 tiny plastic bottles of drinking water. After 2 months travelling around the Philippines, this is the only accommodation that hasn’t provided basic amenities and drinking water.
