    The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it comfortable and relaxing. I especially appreciated the modern design and the amenities provided, which made daily living convenient. The location is also a big plus—accessible to key areas such as shops, restaurants, and transportation. Security in the building made me feel safe throughout my stay.

    I would like to respectfully raise a concern. I understand that you are following the standard time policies applied to all clients; however, I kindly ask that you reconsider the situation of travelers like myself coming from Mindanao. Our arrival times in Manila are determined by airline schedules, which are beyond our control, and often result in very early arrivals. It feels unfair that check-in is strictly at 2:00 PM while check-out is as early as 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM. When we request an early check-in, we are required to pay an additional fee of ₱200 per hour, which is quite costly, especially considering that our actual stay is only for a few hours and we often depart earlier than the standard check-out time. I hope you will consider a more flexible or reasonable arrangement for guests in similar situations, as this would greatly improve the overall guest experience and demonstrate fairness and understanding toward travelers with limited control over their arrival schedules.
