location is good, security, enough space, warm water always, walking distance to long street and water front
i had to ask for the room to be cleaned, however, they attended on time

Everything was great, clean facilities. There's an aircon and a heater in the room. The room was cozy and felt homely
Parking situation was a bit of an inconvenience. However, they do offer parking for R150 per day

Proximity to town. Cleaness of the toilet. Gym and inside swimming pool
The AC was not working and I spent 1 week on the heat sleeping with open windows. They only informed me in the last day (on check out) that there is a place where you can put the water an ice to cool the AC.
