Brand new luxury wifi pool with 24hr security

The service was good and staff were friendly. I experienced quick response when I could not locate the apartment as I was not familiar with Cape Town. There were also securities around the streets which escorted me to the apartment, hence safety is prioritised. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Quietness was highly maintained, Wi-Fi working well. The apartment was also closed to essential amenities

There was no extra blanket, there were days when weather temperatures were low and throw provided was not sufficient. But I also didn’t ask for extra blanket

It was such a lovely apartment, fully equipped and made a week stay in cape town so affordable. The area is actually really nice, wanted to take a walk but got busy. The view from the rooftop is lovely and the apartment has enough space for 2. Very cosy

The are some hawkers in the area late night, so be careful. Didn't like the noise levels the first day, but during the week it's quite quiet

Overall Reception on arrival was perfect Facilities in the room Location of the property Cleanliness Value for money

Great location, close to the CTICC Friendly and welcoming staff who always greeted us and made us feel welcome Good Wi-Fi, always easy to connect to.

Upon arriving in the room, we were faced with a dirty, oil-stained rug in the living room which should be replaced - gives a really bad first impression, also a bit of black mould behind the sink in the bathroom. There was no complimentary soap - not even a small bar for a quick wash after a long flight. It was extremely noisy, from other guests speaking very loud on their balconies at all hours and as it is a shared atrium, it is impossible to ignore. The fire alarm was also triggered by someone causing more noise and concern. Bottle of wine dropped outside elevator and not cleaned for most of the day.
