The location was amazing. 5 min walk to the beach and two min walk to 2nd street. Having AC was a must and I was grateful for it. The beach it is by is a dog beach, so if you are allergic or afraid, don't stay here. (We loved the doggies on the beach tho)
Bed was a little stiff but we slept just fine. At first it was confusing as to how to get into the building (there are three lockboxes on the fence to the right of the path, which we missed at first, but eventually found and saw the one that was labelled Sand, Sun, and Second)

Right between the 2nd St shopping and the Belmont Shore beach. Decoration was charming. Great little kitchen 👍
Mildew around the windows, rug around the bed was wet (!) and smelled (owner did helpfully remove it). Chair cushions are mildly stained, but this was less important.
