Hidden gem of Belmont Shores

Quaint condo with everything you need for a family of 4 or even a girl's weekend. The condo was clean, cutely decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect for beach and shopping, eating and night life. I didn't use my car for the whole weekend. It's such a treat to be able to walk everywhere. Parking really wasn't an issue. There are so many things to do with a quick 5-10 min drive; kayaking, paddle boarding, dog beach is a 3 min walk. It was the perfect getaway to spend Mother's Day. Thank you Tracey!

Tracy was awesome and left flowers and cupcakes for my wife’s birthday and also let us stay longer during check out.The house is very nice with full kitchen and extra wall bed. Location is perfect too, 5 min walk from Belmont shore downtown and 5 min walk to the beach.

You can’t beat the location, which really is the reason to stay here. The living room furniture is a bit outdated and the bedroom is a little tight, but honestly…you’ll be there so little of the time, this place is just fine. Communication to check in was perfect, but I never heard from the host again…even after asking a couple of questions and sending a message about departure. I guess that didn’t really matter as we didn’t have any real critical issue. Hoping they are ok. A few blocks to the beach…a few blocks to 2nd street. (Restaurants, bars) Love staying in Belmont Shore!!

Location was amazing, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Street parking was not a problem. We couldnt check in until 4 but waited to 430 and upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned. Dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and in the bathtub, bed sheets not changed, bed not made, dirty/used blankets on the couch. I called and texted the host with no response. We loaded all our bags back into the car and not sure how to proceed. One hour after first attepmts to get ahold of the host, I called again. She did answer and told me the unit had been cleaned and after I told her I took pictures she said she would send someone over. When we went back there was a Windex bottle and dirty paper towels on the table in the bedroom. I am not opposed to cleaning up after me, but I am not going to clean someone else's germs. The host did not seem concerned and offered nothing for our inconveniences. You can guarantee if you're late to check out, you're going to get charged extra, but nothing if you're inconvenienced and cannot check in at your reserved time. I understand sometimes people run late, but no communication was made to let us know. At the end of the day, we still had a good time, just a heads up you might not get in when you're supposed to and the unit may not have been cleaned.
