24-inch smart tv, dresser and fan. It’s a small room. Living room has sofa that makes into double bed, ,42-inch smart tv. Full kitchen with all amenities, apt is updated and very. Nice. Apt was built in 1940, the apt sleeps 4 adults 1child comfortably. There are stairs going into apt. 2 front door 1st door downstairs 2door upstairs lock box. Parking is pretty easy during the day nights can be tuff you might have to drive a couple blocks. Please don’t ding me for that, it’s street parking and I have no control. Walking distance to beach 2nd St, Beach. There is extra linen, towels blankets. we are pet friendly also

The location is perfect for a beach trip! Everything you could need for your stay is provided and parking was not as challenging as we anticipated. There were spaces available within a short walk all weekend. The unit is very quiet and spacious!

We were allowed to check in early which was amazing. However, the listing made it seem like there was two bedrooms with more beds. The "2nd" bedroom was a small closet with a loft twin bunk and that's all. We were traveling with two older ladies who could not get up there. Thankfully the couch converted to a decent space for both of them to sleep. Loved the location, it was a short walk to the pier and other places. Overall, I was satisfied with our stay.

POSITIVES-close location to beach, main street of Belmont Shore and centrally located to everything we needed. NEGATIVES-Owner says not to ding her in reviews for parking, but it really needs to be considered when choosing a place. Unless you stay parked there your entire trip (parking in daytime when there is space) and using Lyft/Uber everywhere you go, YOU WILL NOT FIND PARKING, unless it’s at least six blocks away then a scary walk. Be aware street sweeping is Thursdays and Fridays - even harder to find space. Condo needs TLC. Rung on ladder to loft is split and creaking when stepped on. My daughter is 130lbs - wouldn’t recommend anyone heavier. Bathtub looked like a positive if you can get past me having to kill a Black Widow spider. Sadly, the bathtub plug was broken - it didn’t hold water. The lockbox to get the keys was challenging but owner responded right away to my text on arrival. When I texted asking about the tub plug, she texted back “who is this?” tho we had texted the first day. I told her we're the tenants then never heard back. POOR COMMUNICATION. The beach chairs are ripped up, umbrella broken. Not a necessary amenity, but disappointing nonetheless. Lastly, saying it sleeps 5 is a stretch. Bedroom is more full size bed, living room is a futon for one and loft for one. Sleeps 3 comfortably. We really wanted to like this place, but we won’t be renting here again.

The kitchen facilities are very good, with necessary seasonings. Decoration is lovely. The issue with the apartment is that it is indeed a one-bed apartment, there is one bed for a kid only in a walk-in closet (repurposed) which is extremely hot in summer and can hardly be used. Parking is a nightmare and need to search all around the streets. Be particularly careful for street sweeping time; it costs $70 for a ticket.

We stayed for a week to visit family and explore Long Beach and LA. It served as an excellent base for both. Public transport is a 5 minute walk away. There are shops and restaurants within the same walking distance. One thing to note there is no off street parking so if hiring a car parking can be difficult at times. The property itself was excellent and had all necessary amenities.

The apt was as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable. They made great use of space with the loft for the half bedroom. The owners were gracious and responsive. The apt is walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. I would stay here again.

Drove hours to this listing as we're not locals. Booked this listing well ahead as we were in town for a wedding. Host said she would send us check in details closer to check in time. Check in time was 4:00 PM and we called and texted the host for the next several hours with no response and then spent another 2 hours on the phone with VRBO trying to figure out last minute housing elsewhere. We had a toddler in the back car seat who was done sitting in a car for so long. It was a nightmare! To also add, due to the last minute booking and availability issues for the hotels, we had to spend 5x the cost for two rooms, a ridiculous rate. Ruined the wedding weekend. Thank you for reading and letting us vent.

Property manager was great to deal with. There was a mix up on arrival date on my part. She easily worked it out, was pleasant and responded quickly to my panicked email.The place was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Walking distance (a few bocks) to beach, restaurants and shops. Beware of parking here! If you’re not here before the residents come home from work you’ll have the worst time finding parking. I couldn’t get there until 7/730PM and was out of luck on parking. I circled about 30 minutes and went around multiple times around the block and couldn’t find parking. I tried texting the property owner and never got back to me. If you’re gonna Uber or not drive it might be okay but never went inside. If I had known or would have gotten a heads up about parking I wouldn’t never book. A response from the host would have been nice too. Proceed with caution.

The apartment is so cute and super convenient for walking-- the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. The apartment was quiet, well laid out, and had everything we needed for three adults and a baby to have a marvelous time. Parking was challenging at times, so carpool, drive or smallest car, and be prepared to walk.

We booked this property as we used to live right down the street! It was a lovely stay and property! It felt like I was home again. The host was very quick to reply to any messages I had sent her. Let me go chronologically,by the time we got there it was 4 PM and there was plenty of street parking in front of the property on a Friday afternoon. We were able to walk down to the closest grocery store, and was only 0.2 miles. The property has two locks to get in, just know it’s the top lock on the first door, and it’s the deadbolt lock on the second door, and you twist the key to the left to open it, that one took me a while. once I got into the property, I was amazed by how spacious the living room was, there is a small room with a bunkbed style, kids will love it, it reminded my cousin of his days in the ship, I wouldn’t put anyone claustrophobic in that room. The bed in the master’s bedroom was comfy, they also have a pack and play. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, love that there was even Instant Ramen, I didn’t use it, but the thought was very thoughtful, because man sometimes when you get home late at night and it’s cold that’s a great touch. I think the only, two things I think that would make the overall experience even more excellent is if the bathroom and the main bedroom had locks, even if it’s just those hooks , Other than that It was great! We did have a problem looking for parking Saturday night because we didn’t get home until close to midnight, but wherever you stay along the beach that is a common theme and we were able to get parking near the grocery store which is not that far of a walk. Overall would stay again!

The apartment is in a great locale - easy to walk to places you would want to go, easy access to public transportation. The apartment is quite comfortable, especially the main room, however, it is not a two-bedroom, it is a one-bedroom that sleeps 4 due to a loft in a closet and a sleeping couch. That being said, the loft bed was very comfortable. Also, it was quite clear that the cleaning crew didn't quite finish their work. The apartment was very clean, great, but it was a bit weird to walk into the main bedroom and see the bed linens piled on top of the bed and dirty towels in a basket in the hall. However, overall this apartment met our needs.

Overall, it was worth the stay. The price was fair and the apartment itself was nice, but there were a few things that I can't overlook. First, aside from one initial message from the property manager upon booking, I was unable to get in touch with her during the course of our stay. I messaged within the app several times because our arrival plans changed, and then again when we had issues getting into the unit. The code she provided me to get into the property was a 3-digit code for a 4-digit lock, so I had to guess the lock until I got it right. After that, unfortunately I found silverfish (bugs) in the couch, which didn't allow us to be totally comfortable in the unit. The second bunk bed wasn't used because it was still wet from being sprayed with Febreeze, but the main bedroom was nice enough. Overall, the location was good and the price was fair. But communication needed to be better, as well as cleanliness of the unit.

I stayed here with my daughter, her husband and their son (14). The location was ideal for walking to the beach, getting some groceries, or shopping on Second Street. The apartment had everything we needed to cook, relax, watch TV, or play a game together. Would definitely stay again! Oh, and very clean.

We came out to Long Beach to watch Arsenal play in SoFi stadium. The stadium was an easy 40 min drive. The condo was perfect for the 5 of us (2 adults, three kids). I think it’d be a little crammed for 4 or 5 adults. The main bedroom DOES NOT have a futon. There is a queen bed in the main room, pull out couch in the living room, a twin mattress in the loft and a blow up mattress for under the loft. House was clean and nice. I was a bit worried about the 2 window AC machines but they were able to keep us nice and cool. I saw on the listing ‘dryer’ so assumed we’d have a washer and dryer- there is not one. It’s a coin laundry around the corner. The beach is a ten minute walk straight down, however, I’d recommend walking an extra 10-15 mins either direction on the beach to a cleaner area. The portion straight from the condo is dirty and sadly, a lot of homeless were there. All of Long Beach had a lot of trash on the beach which also made us sad. I wish the city would clean it up a bit. We still had a great beach day and had yummy tacos and fresh mangos from the vendors on the beach. Tracey was a great host and we enjoyed our stay in Long Beach.

The location and apartment was perfect for my and my daughter's beach get away! It is an easy walk to the beach and to the grocery store, we also discovered a delicious little pizza place within walking distance. We didn't need a car, just took an Uber one day to the outlet mall.
