Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon und schönem Ausblick, haben sehr gut geschlafen, es gab leckeres Frühstück jnd wir wären gerne länger geblieben

Na pokoji jsem ocenil ledničku i když si myslím, že by to měl být standard, protože některé pokoje ji údajně nemají. Pokoj byl prostorný a dobře vybavený. Lokalita je skvělá. Relativně kousek pěšky od centra Mariánských Lázní. Líbila se mi pestrost snídaně. Velkou výhodou bylo vlastní parkoviště osobních automobilů patřící hotelu.
Nelíbil se mi úklid. Neočekával jsem, že každý den přijde do pokoje uklízečka a vyluxuje, ale minimálně jednou denně se v pokoji mohla objevit pokojská a vynést odpadkový koš a třeba doplnit toaletní papír. Nedostatkem u snídaní bylo, že pokud jsme přišli později, už ten výběr nemusel být tak velký a nebylo vše doplňováno.

Entscheidend ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das hat gestimmt bezüglich Zimmer und Frühstück und der Lage im Grünen.
Dem Personal gilt ein besonderer Dank. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit und der niedrige Kurtaxensatz muß lobend erwähnt werden. Die Lage am Zentrum und trotzdem am Waldrand mit vielen Spaziergangsmöglichkeiten muß erwähnt werden.
Das hat vor allem für Ruhe gesorgt und ein angenehmes Klima.
Die Treppe zum Eingang muß dringend saniert werden, die Stufen sind lose. Der Ablagetisch hat keine Schubladen.
Es gibt keine Bedienung mehr zum Abend für Kaffee oder Tee. In Abhängigkeit zu Belegung dringend zu empfehlen, wenig Aufwand aber Gewinn
